Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support entrepreneurs through the loan application process and ensure all required documentation is complete
Collect, organize, and verify financial and business information for loan assessments
Capture accurate financial and business data into portfolio management systems
Track loan repayments and conduct follow-ups through calls, messages, or business visits
Prepare repayment status updates, dashboards, and portfolio reports
Maintain organized digital loan records for compliance, audit, and reporting purposes
Collaborate with program teams by sharing business insights and supporting financial literacy initiatives
Provide administrative support, including scheduling assessments, meetings, and investment committee documentation
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Basic understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Good time management and organizational skills
Professionalism, integrity, and teamwork ability
Experience working with entrepreneurs or SMEs is an added advantage
