Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough functional and cosmetic inspections of laptops.
Test hardware and software, including battery health, screen, keyboard, ports, WiFi/Bluetooth, speakers, and system activation.
Grade laptops as A (Excellent), B (Good), or C (Fair).
Clean, prepare, and package laptops according to SOPs.
Document inspection results and report defective or returned units.
Support re-inspection of repaired units.
Suggest process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements

A diploma and above in a Technical Course.
Knowledge of laptop hardware (HP, Dell, Lenovo preferred) and Windows OS.
Experience in laptop testing, diagnostics, or quality control.
Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow SOPs and work in a team.
Basic reporting and inventory skills.
