Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome and serve guests in a courteous and timely manner
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service delivery
Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally
Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for professional and experienced Waiters to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years' experience in a 3- star or higher-rated hotel and be passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, work
- under pressure, and maintain professionalism
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays
