Your Role & Impact

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be the face and voice of our brands. You won’t just sell products, you will tell stories, build trust, and help clients connect emotionally with African craftsmanship. Your ability to communicate professionally and confidently is critical to our growth.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales across Afrika Collection, Palachichi, and Savana Story.
Engage walk-in, corporate, hospitality, and online clients with confidence and professionalism.
Build meaningful, long-term customer and corporate relationships.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, close deals, and meet sales targets.
Support corporate gifting, bulk orders, and special brand projects.
Accurately record sales activities and customer data.
Maintain accurate inventory records, update stock movements, and report stock movement.
Represent Bobu Lifestyle with integrity, pride, and excellence.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to sell premium, lifestyle, or culturally inspired products.
Professional presentation and confidence when dealing with corporate clients.
Basic computer literacy (email, Excel, POS systems).
